Ventilationgrill with gravity shutters, designed to allow air in ventilation systems to only flow in one direction. When the fan exhausts air out of the building - shutters rise to make air flow and when the fan is not going, shutters fall back down and closes the flow between inside and outside to prevent getting cold air, dirt and insects inside.
